Studio Policy

These are some guidelines that we must adhere to in order to be a successful studio and provide the best service we can to you and your family.

In-person classes/ In-person camps
1. You must be on time for your class/camp. Your child may not be more than 5 minutes late to class/camp. If you are more than 5 minutes late your child simply cannot catch up without holding up the class. I recommend dropping off early. You may drop your child off up to, but no more than, 15 minutes early for class/camp. Parents must be on-time for pick up and may enter the studio no earlier than 5 minutes before the end of class/camp. To limit the number of people in our studio, we will continue to not allow anyone to wait in our lobby. Parents must come inside to sign their child in and out. We will not admit or release any student who has not been signed in or out by a parent or otherwise authorized person.
2. We do not offer make up lessons for missed classes. If you miss class you may attend another grade appropriate lesson within the same week if there is space available. NOT AVAILABLE FOR CAMPS!
3. Students must be able to work independently and follow directions for the duration of the class or camp. While what we teach is fun it is still a classroom environment and students must behave accordingly.

Covid-19 Safety:

Masks are currently optional! This is subject to change as we are closely monitoring CDC guidelines and recommendations. We reserve the right to require masks again if we feel it is necessary for the health and safety of our students and staff.  To limit the number of people in our studio, we will continue to not allow anyone to wait in our lobby. If your child is sick, they may not attend class/camp. If your child comes to class/camp with any Covid-19 symptoms they will immediately be sent home.

We reserve the right to not admit and refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these rules.

Tuition
1.We are currently accepting payments via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. If paying with one of the apps please include your child's name so we know who the payment is for.
2.All payments are due before the service provided.
Tuition for art classes is due the week of the 15th before your month of classes begins. Example: (September's tuition is due August 15th). This helps us to reserve your child’s seat for the upcoming month and to get an accurate class count. Since classes are small, 12 kids max, they fill quickly and often have waiting lists. We reserve the right to give away any available seats that have not been reserved.
FOR CAMP FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
3.The cost of tuition is non-negotiable. Like a monthly subscription it is up to you to use the classes you’ve paid for. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes during the school year or for camps. Deposits for camps are not refundable.
